Dropped Calls /Can't Dial/Person on other line cant hear me
I use to be more than satisfied w/ Tmobile. Here lately though my calls are continuing to drop or I can’t make an out going phone call or the person on the other can’t hear me!!! IS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS? Extremely FRUSTRATING ESPECIALLY SINCE I USE MY PHONE FOR WORK AS WELL. NOT GOOD. I am loosing $ due to not being able to properly do my job

It's been happening ever since switching over from an alternate carrier.
Moving to T-mobile is one of the worst things that's happened to me in the past 3 years. I'm unable to maintain or consistently call others. Signal is lost for about 1-3 minutes every 10 minutes of a call if I do get connected. Got a booster to use my home wifi to try and fix the issue but it's still occurring. Don't know if I can dedicate more time to speak with Tmobile reps as I've already spent over 30 hours on the phone with them and have not seen any positive results.
At some point I think I'll just have to bite the bullet, go to another carrier and pay 2-5 times what I was paying previously since I lost all of the promos I had accumulated over 10 years of service with them.
If anyone has something that has improved their call quality, please let us know! About 2 years ago I accepted my phone does not work for making phone calls. Have been working a remote job where online applications are primarily used for communication and my internet works well so it has not been a deal breaker yet. I am getting fed up with it as I'm not able to talk with the IRS regarding some clerical errors, call family or set up appointments with the mechanic without putting in an extremely high level of time and effort to get a simple phone call to go through.

My phone indicates I have 5 bars of service in my home. I typically do not move or walk while making calls but am seated to try and improve call quality.
I've requested a new SIM card and installed it at least twice. Done everything else
Despite having "full" signal and being stationary, my Note20 Ultra 5g is unable to consistently make/receive/maintain calls while exclusively utilizing the Tmobile network or utilizing wifi calling with the booster provided by Tmobile.
