Cant change admin name in SyncUp

I just got these watches today. When I left the store, my name on my kids' contacts was "Mommy." Tonight at home, the name is now my first name. I have no idea how it changed and I can't change it back, nor can I add a profile picture. From what I have read, it is a software issue. However, I am not sure how it changed without doing anything. I continue to get a notice that something went wrong and to try again later. For your 2nd issue, my kids just informed me that we have the same issue. Hoping someone can give us an idea of what to do.
