why my $150 virtual prepaid card get denied

I haven’t even gotten mine and they claim I didn’t enter the code and redeem it then I said yes I did with screenshots and then they said it was something they didn’t log on their end so I just had to do it again. They said the processing(WAITING) period to get it will now go BACK to 7-60 days when it’s already been over 4.5 months!
