how to terminate prepaid

Hey there @philmire. Have you been able to get the phone number figured out? I highly suggest sending a direct message to us on Social Media using one of the icons at the bottom of this page. That gets you to our T-Force team and they are amazing. They should also be able to handle both prepaid and postpaid so they can bridge the gap and get you all squared away.
