I ordered a 5G internet service from T-Mobile on May 8th 2023 And returned the device to Irving store by Jun 8th 2023 Told the guide that I’m moveing out of the US , need to cancel the service. ...
This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you.
