Hey there @Lyzz Just checking in. Were you able to get things working while in Italy? Turning roaming on is a great first step. You may also want to make sure that there aren't blocking features on your account that prevent international use. I now you have the $75 plan add-on, but there's a small chance that there is another feature on the account that'd prevent international connection.
