T-Mobile connection in Japan.

Recently my T-Mobile phone has received no signal in Japan. And I cannot receive text messages - even from T-Mobile.   It is critical that I cannot receive the verification code to log in my T-Mobile Account.  

I don’t know it is because that the Soft-bank terminated 3G connection or their satellite service became out of service.
