Does anyone know The rates for A T-Mobile customer who’s phone is based out of the US but is currently in the US Virgin Islands trying to call someone who is back in the US who is a T-Mobile customer
USVI is ‘technically’ US, and their coverage maps show native (non-roaming) coverage
It doesn’t look like coverage is very good, however
