This "solved by the community" is complete nonsense. These are T-Mobile employees/staff replies. File a claim, civil suit against T-Mobile. They purposely make it difficult to contact anyone besides...
Did the rep have you add the prepaid international roaming package? I don't think the prepaid plans offer international roaming like postpaid plans.
