No cell service in Naples, Italy

We are having the same issue in Naples. We are here for 2 weeks and purchased the international add-on. The system does not find a network and wifi calling doesn’t work. We get a DNS error ER041.
In the setup menu, the Calls & SMS section show as “T-Mobile (Temporarily unavailable). Have had success using WhatsApp, too. However, we have no way to contact T-mobile support. They don’t seem to have an online chat function and none the the support lines work (Including the 505#) because the system can’t find a network. We paid extra for this service and have no way to contact T-mobile. We may have to borrow someone else’s phone to try….but that’s ridiculous.
