New phone
After losing my US iphone on my flight to UK, I bought a new iphone 15 in the UK. The phone is telling me that it doesn’t support my Tmobile 5G aaount so I can’t use it in the UK. My son has a UK iphone 14 with the option to use it in UK or US….why isn’t mine working? anyone know?
if thats the case its probably why the TMO sim wont work in it.
If it's a British iPhone it still should work there but may not in the USA.
it is unlocked. Apple said that British iphones may not support 5D network…..
It's not unlocked most likely. Check the unlock status.
