International data roaming not working in Qatar

Hello Why has data roaming not been working for the past 2 weeks in Qatar ? I never had any issue before. Thanks

Hello,

Data roaming is not working when my phone is useless without wi-fi.

How to do a PING test ? not too familiar with that on phones.
