T-Mobile Mesh Access Point - How to remove it.

My 2nd T-Mobile Mesh AP died and I will return it to the store. I am not asking for a replacement since I am done dealing with this limited technology. T-Mobile support seems to be unable to remove the now two dead access points. Those are still shown linked to my gateway. Does anyone know how to delete those? A factory reset does not help. This was recommended by T-Mobile support. Any idea? Thank you!
