Interesting. I have an older Arcadyan KDV 21 router (1.00.24) and I've noticed the T-Life app has been reporting "No Signal" for the LTE band. It's been probably 3 months since I last checked, but using the old TMI App, it always had signals for both 5G and LTE. Performance wise, I'm not really seeing an impact as best as I can tell. So I'm guessing, like you say, the hybrid LTE/5G technology is being phased out.
Update: now that the T-Life app has been updated to show when you are in 5G Standalone mode, I notice that my service sometimes reverts back to the old 5G/LTE hybrid system. I would say my service is in SA mode perhaps 80% of the time now. I also have noticed that when in SA mode, it will sometimes connect to the "n25" band, which it never did in 5G/LTE. In any case, I thought I'd mention this for those having problems, as there are a lot of variables in play now. I will say, performance wise, SA mode for me seems about the same as 5G/LTE.
