Remove devices from offline list

How do you remove/delete devices from the OFFLINE list. I spoke with a live chat person, the information she provided did not work, thanks in advance for the help

The only way I have been able to do this is a factory reset and set the whole thing up again. Or you can buy an app that will provide you with some actual network tools. The only trouble shooting they have is to walk around your house carrying your gateway. It’s sad and ridiculous. If you actually have a squatter on your network, you have no way kick it off. But you can block it from using the internet. Which make it want to leave, if they are just trying to steal internet from you. But I’ve been breached this way. I am not worried about them getting to the internet. Heck, the internet (WAN) is where I want them to get out to and stay out there. Off of my network (LAN) and away from my devices and sensitive data,.. Although, I played my part by clicking a dog gone phishing link, it wouldn’t have been there if they’re weren’t spoofed devices on my network. As these things add up, they out number my own devices and if somebody close by has a server just pounding away at my gateway, the more that are there in the offline bin, the better chance they have of hitting one of them. Then they just log on automatically with no authentication and your network believes it belongs there. Then you end up with 2 devices with the same name and different IPAddresses or MAC Addresses or both. I just had my network ripped apart again 3 days ago and the only thing left on it after 12 hours, there about, was 3 devices all names Hue-Hubxxxxxx. The x’s are room for alpha numeric that I don’t recall. But one Infigured out was me. The other was was the actual hue hub and the third was the squatter. Didn’t match any of my devices MACAdresses when I went in to their setting and checked… no matches. That was the first time I had the nerve to sit and watch until it was all over. But my Apple TV has a ton of logs. And so do my home pods. There are ftp services send things out there are file compression commands, there is a kernel and memory dump, there is corrupted and quarantined memory slots. Now you could conceive that the compression and data transfer (ftp) was the log files being sent to Apple. But there were also ECHO commands, which is to display the output of commands run on my Apple TV back to a terminal somewhere. That’s a human interface. Besides the files stayed there for a couple of days until I finally manually sent them to my email and then clicked the send to Apple button. But send to Apple js anonymous. It’s not linked to me. So no  case opened. Anyway. I have a unique situation. Not just a random, one of a million spam emails. I am targeted. My whole online footprint is targeted. Email accounts, bank (which was taken over for a taken days). It’s a nightmare. I have purchased a YubiKey security key and am having a hell of a time trying to use it, because everyone has a different method. Some use just the key, some use just the Authenticator app. Some use both. Some use one time passkey or or something like that. Now I may sound like I have all this tech down. Well, I was an engineer for 18 years, but I got sick and have been out of it for 12 years and I basically just know buzz words and basic concepts. But it’s enough to know things are WAY wrong, but not how stop it. And my deficits are causing me to be gullible to fall for basic cyber security things that used to be as easily avoided as breathing is. Other than replace all the hardware, change passwords, create new networks and tighten security on all my logins that are attacked on average of 20 times per week. You can look at the activity logs on, say yahoo mail, there are 4 or 5 failed login attempts on 3-5 days per week… all the time. Butninhave 3 or 4 of those. Then I have Microsoft accounts and google accounts. Oh it goes on and on 24 hours a day. I get phishing phone calls, text messages and emails every day. Anyway… I could go on and on, but, I have to say… T-Mobile has given me 24/7 phone support and all new hardware and a lot of hardware that I didn’t already have. One item is sold by a third party vendor. I have to say. They have been doing everything they can. More than I ever imagined they would. So I’m sticking with them… after all, I take responsibility for clicking the link. And they if I go somewhere else. That doesn’t undo what’s already done. Like it won’t erase my social security number off the dark web trading sights along with all my data. Heck, just found out last week that someone filed a quit claim deed on my mom’s house. But luckily it was done wrong and we got notice, verified and they closed it out. But yeah. I clicked the link on my iPad and my iCloud account was compromised and all my data including my mom’s will, which has the whole families vital statistics in it. Bad situation. But, with help of T-Mobile and others, it’s getting better rather than continuing to get worse. I think we just turned a corner. I am on day 5 and my network is still holding up strong. This is 2.5 times longer than the usual 24-48 hours for the past 2 months. It’s not all T-Mobile helping though. It’s been Chase, the Phoenix Police, and Apple as well. Anyway. Get yourself an app that will give you some tools to clean that crap off of there. Make sure your network is not continuously dropping devices on and off and on your network (make sure the signal to noise ratio metric in the Advanced Data Meteics in the T-Life App), stays out of the POOR range. It is supposed to be above 20. Mine was getting down to 2 with 4 bars on the incoming signal from the tower. There so much noise that I have to have a perfect 5 bars just to nearly get out of the poor range. I have no idea where all this noise has come from. I have been on T-Mobil for almost 9 years and this all has happed over the last 3 months. I never had an issue before. Now I’m paranoid of every email, text, phone call, pop up notification and just about everything. Again, I’ve got to be a WORST case scenario and targeted. Not just random. And I thank T-Mobil for their help. They could certainly hear it the way I hear it coming out of my mouth while I’m talking to them, and just like this rambling message, sounds like a nut. I do have some issues and not every single thing turns out to be what I think it is, but I’m hyper sensitive now. On top of illness. So…. lol But this is serious. BTW. They do have apps that can help with all online security and network tools. I don’t mean to send such a bad signal. Just that these things are possible. But it’s to journalists and political activists and politicians and famous people. Not people like me. So, I must have really mad someone mad. Or something. lol

    Okay. Crazy guy signing off.

This was bugging me for a while and I just figured this out.

Open the T- life app and select the gateway that you are currently using. At the top you will see a tab labeled "More". Select it and at the bottom you should see an option to add or remove gateways. Select it and select the trash can next to the gateway you want to remove.

This isn’t quite what I was asking, when you are into your gateway where it shows a list of devices that are connected (online) and a list of devices that are offline. The offline list are devices that were once online and for whatever reason their MAC address changed. Those devices on that list is what I want to remove or delete.
