Remove devices from offline list
How do you remove/delete devices from the OFFLINE list. I spoke with a live chat person, the information she provided did not work, thanks in advance for the help
This was bugging me for a while and I just figured this out.
Open the T- life app and select the gateway that you are currently using. At the top you will see a tab labeled "More". Select it and at the bottom you should see an option to add or remove gateways. Select it and select the trash can next to the gateway you want to remove.
This isn’t quite what I was asking, when you are into your gateway where it shows a list of devices that are connected (online) and a list of devices that are offline. The offline list are devices that were once online and for whatever reason their MAC address changed. Those devices on that list is what I want to remove or delete.
