How to connect with T-Mobile agent WITHIN THE USA when I call 611
I’ve been with T-Mobile since 1999 - 25 years. I need to make changes to my account, and be sure I’m on the best plan for me. When I call 611, I’ve had to wait ½ to 2 hours, and then get an agent in a foreign country that barely speaks English. This has happened 3 times tonight. My experience from past situations like this, is that they don’t understand me fully, I don’t understand them fully, they mess up my account, and I have to make multiple calls to straighten things out. IS THERE A WAY TO BYPASS THE “RANDOM” COUNTRY SELECTION, and actually speak to a representative within the USA? They formerly had a Customer Retention Dept or Customer Loyalty Dept, and they were always on this continent and were completely knowledgeable and competent. Now, no matter what I say when I call in, they tell me I cannot speak to a T-Mobile agent within the USA. Hello, I bought a prepaid sim card in Atlanta. I used it for some time (calls and data). Then, I traveled to Egypt expecting that it will work since Egypt is a supported country in international roaming. However, I didn't receive the welcome message nor is there any signal. I am in a location where I am sure T-Mobile should be supported. I can't make calls to T-Mobile, and they don't have any live support or even email. Getting way under the advertised speeds even after a fresh payment to the bill. Just ran a test and have 11mb download speed and 1.5 mb upload crazy to charge so much a month when I can't even use half the features on my phone and during matters of urgency it can take 10 minutes to send a message to someone, pictures will say not sent and send multiple times to people. Videos will play 15 seconds and then buffer. Webpages will stop loading , data goes in and out between 5g, LTE and no service from my living room. 😑 I should have never left at&t atleast their networks work. What the heck?!? My chats were working just fine until a couple of weeks ago. I don't get it. My S23 is up to date. I've cleared the messages cache, turned RCS off and on, turned airplane mode on and off. Am I missing something or what?
