Printer shows OFFLINE and cannot print

On the 2.4 GHz network, did you set the WPA Version to WPA/WPA2 (instead of WPA2/WPA3)? That should work.
if you have tried that, the only other idea I have right now is to use HP Smart on your computer(s) and follow the instructions.
