password recognition
The password listed on my unit is rejected by two units when entered. I did find 4 messages addressed to someone else. Is there a way to be sure someone hasn’t changed the password?
I assume you are referring to an internet gateway. First make sure you are using the WiFi password not the admin password. Be sure to include all the punctuation marks in the password. To see required password go to the app on your phone. Select NETWORK from the black bar at the bottom. Press the red arrow to the right of the desired network(s). Press the eyeball to see the password.
Worse case you can press and hold for a bit the reset button on the gateway to restore factory settings.
