New Wifi wont connect to Xbox 360
So, I just got a gateway router or whatever it is, and it won’t connect to my xbox 360. I’ve tried using ethernet, and changing the security settings and the frequency. Just wondering if anyone knows...
following.
i had minimal success with 1 step.
need to go through the app on your phone and setup 2 wifi connections for your router.
create 1 frequency with just 2.4 speed ( for xbox 360. its pre 5g)
create a 2nd with just 5g .
day shift support can help with this.
that worked for a few days, but now I am also back to being dropped every few minutes.
plan on calling again in morning.
