Link your phone number to your T-Mobile account
I can't get passed this step, email verification went through but phone number stuck in this step , called customer service 3 times but haven't be able to resolve this problem that seems to be a comm...
Update : I managed to finish setting up my account without phone number .
I sent a message on Twitter to tmobile and explained the issue, I was asked to verify my account , I entered the phone number came with gateway box and the 6 digits pin I set up when I ordered the service . Then I cleared the cache on my browser, after couple tries I managed to log in to my account without being asked to verify phone number . I still don't think that clearing cache on browser solved the issue but somehow the tmobile support guy did something to make it work and the main thing I am satisfied with the result.
After seeing that @Friday13 got the problem resolved yesterday, I decided today was the day for me to get mine resolved. I contacted T-Force via the service formerly known as “Twitter” @ TMobileHelp. It took half the day, but finally my Home Internet account is now merged with my phone account.
