help with the administration password
I know the administration password is on bottom but why can't I sign it from app it doesn't let me go anyfurther on the app.i used both passwords on bottom and some pin they gave me don't work either...
I'm assuming you have the Arcadyan KVD21 5G gateway. Try a factory reset of the gateway and then see if the credentials on the bottom of the gateway don't work to open the app.

I also was promised on there recorded line I used to sign up.i have it and it works well but I was told I'd get Netflix also.but days later I couldn't get Netflix.it was because I don't have there phone serv.i was told I well get it for signing up for autopay.disapionted
