Franklin t10 Hotspot

Hey there. Have you been able to get anything to connect to your hotspot? I have a few questions to narrow things down so I can provide some help

• Is the hotspot turning on and have more than a 15% charge?
• Does it show any signal bars and data indicator?
• When you try to connect something to it, what happens?
  • You don’t see the network
  • You see it, but get an error when connecting (please share the error message)
  • You can select and connect, but the device that is connected cannot get on the internet or open apps
