Devie Setup

I am trying to connect my Ring doorbell, Wyze cams, and child monitors they say I need the 2.4ghz connections. how can I get these connected I tried to call tech support twice now the second time the claim I am not able to split my connection even though it shows on the access portal on the computer. any one else having similar issues

    I have my Wyze cams connected no problem just make sure you use the 2.4ghz Id to connect to them.

     

    go to.. >  192.168.12.1 >  Networks > 2.4 GHZ  connect to that one

     

    Make sure you use the wyze cams on the same network….
