You can manage the gateway through the T-Mobile app. There are 13 channels for 2.4GHz wireless that are commonly used. 12 and 13 are not available in the US. Channel 1 can cause issues with cheap WiFi devices amd Nintendo consoles. 2 through 11 should be fine. The router usually chooses thenchannel with the least interference. You can manually set the channel in the T-Mobile app. For the most comoatibility, channels 3, 6, and 9 are your best options.
