Android devices cannot connect to WiFi LTE Gateway

I remembered I had explicitly set my DNS to the AdGuard servers.
I deleted those DNS settings, so it is now like this:
Now the Android devices (and everything else) can connect to the WiFi. I suspect last night TMobile made a change, and now wants to monitor the traffic from phones and other Android devices? It was weird because my Windows machines had no issues.
