Access admin on gateway G4SE
I got service a couple days ago. When I type the IP address on the back of the unit, it doesn't ask for the admin password as written on gateway itself, it just logs me in right away to a simple web ...
Has anyone had success with the Hint Control App?
It is supposed to get you into your gateway. I so far have not got it to work. Keep getting message that the password is incorrect. I have a model G4AR gateway.
I figured out why the app wasn’t working. The password on the bottom of the gateway is written in very small letters and bunched together. I had mistaken srnc for smc. Now it works great and I use it exclusively as it goes straight to the info that i want and doesn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff.
