2.4 Ghz network issue

I've set up a 2.4 GHz wifi network on my router but none of my devices will see it. Band: 2 4 GHz WPA/WPA2. Restarted the router but none of my devices will see it. Any thoughts?

    I reset the gateway and reconfigured it creating 5G and 2.4G bands just like before and now all devices see both bands

    So seems like the gateway required a reset. Don't know why, but I'm good now.

@Richard L the comments from @nc1037 are spot on. 

If you have not done so, make the SSID name unique, like - Printer (completely different than your regular home SSID name. Then reboot the gateway and your devices. Sometimes, the cache on the device populates the log-in screen with old data.
