Last week my brother told me he was unable to use his phone. He said the phone is saying no sim. I called Tmobile and they said the illegal team locked the sim and I would have to write them. I been ...

Ok thank you. I talk to Tmobile they said the illegal team locked imei and I had it write them a letter. My account I good standing. And it was never reported lost or stolen.

    Dobyou mean legal team ,  no such thing as illegal team.

      That’s what the representative said. I asked her if she meant legal and she said no illegal team. And they were the ones who locked it.

        Are you syre you called T-Mobile?  Are you sure your brother didn't get some malware on his device?  This sounds way too odd.
