Unlock my device.
I bought an old smartphone. Then, I send it to my friend abroad. Now, he ask me if I can do with the network lock. I need to unlock my old device. Can someone can help, give me what should I do? thanks
If your device and account meet all of SIM Unlock Polocy requirements, you should be able to use the T-Mobile Unlock app that came installed on the device or use the SIM Unlock ootion in the devices Settings to process the SIM unlock.
