phone unlock
I have requested to have my phone unlocked. This tells me to log into the app to see when the unlock is available and I can put in my new sim card. I am unable to log into the app because it has to send me a text for verification to log in and my phone service is cut off. I really need to know when I can switch sim cards because I need my phone for work. Please help
What type of phone? If it's an Android you can request a temporary unlock until the full unlock goes through. Usually you get a sms notification once it's unlocked.
Try calling Tmobile support to see if they can help.
