Unlocking Sprint Phone
I have been trying for over 3 months to get my Samsung Galaxy 20 Ultra unlocked. I have spent many hours on the phone with Tmobile. I purchased phone at Sprint in Chattanooga. It was on the network for 5 years. Tmobile states phone is unlocked but inserting a sim from different carrier results in "Invalid Sim" I have contacted Samsung when I provided my IMEI the confirmed phone is locked to Sprint. I tried an independent IMEi check and it confirmed Phone is locked to Sprint. When sim is inserted in phone Message "Contact Sprint to unlock Device" appears. I am very frustrated. Please help
It might not be possible to SIM unlock ypur Sprint device any longer. The Sprint system is long gone. Have you tried reaching out to T-Mobile by sending them a DM via Facebook or Twitter/X to see if they can help you SIM unlock it or tell if it is even still possible to have the SIM lock removed?
You might also want to look at T-Mobike's SIM Unlock Policy to make sure your device and account meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.
