I know I'm late to the party but they just don't care. Can't believe I'm saying this, but, I'm going back to spectrum for 3 years (and probably Verizon). I'm just to tired of dealing with tmobile every month about some problem, usually the bill. They always promise to fix it but that never happens. They are truly the Uncaring Carrier.
