What is going on n Alabaster,AL?
The t mobile internet service has been horrible the past two weeks. Every time I contact customer service they state it is undergoing maintenance. What could they be maintaining for two weeks that keeps knocking out the internet service? AT&T wasn't this bad.
depends. its unknown if theyre replacing anything and or if they have everything theyre needing or if said parts are back ordered. tuning usually takes a bit of time once repairs are made and or maintenance.
use the FB/T route if you use such things. they can do a bit more digging into what is going on.
I have been calling. Does tower maintenance take two weeks?? I had a better connection with AOL and a 56k modem.
if i were to toss a guess out there i would probably go with tower maintenance.
you will need to contact TMO either through calling in (tier 1 support) or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter (tier 2 support) and have them put in a network ticket.
