tower sucks
My tower in the Heights (Houston) is terrible. I have been told that Tmobile is making improvements, but they aren't noticeable. If you care, call me and ask my address, or come check it. Thanks.
Just as a note… TMobile will almost always tell you that they are ‘modernizing the tower(s)’. It is technical supports ‘go to’ line for an answer. I'm sure that they are modernizing somewhere. You will have to pry out of them an answer as to when it will be completed, and the specific tower location that they are referring to. Eg. Once I was told that they were ‘modernizing the.tower’, it was one 15 miles away on the other side of a mountain.
