Higher Latency lately | Xbox | Call of Duty
Curious if anyone has been having issues. Details: In Florida Home wifi solely used for xbox(wired) Had for about 6 months Steady 300-600mb download Ping was always in the 30's, sometimes touched 20s, sometimes touched 40s Towers less than a mile from me both north and south About a month ago my latency started to stay in the 40-50's, and now a lot of time in the 60-70's, anyone else have increases like this. Router hasn't moved, no updates that I see same .13 version. Thanks for any help. Idk if there are ways to optimize things better since its only used for gaming, if anyone has tips lemme know!rookjax3 minutes agoVisitor0Views0likes0Comments5G(arbage) internet
I got sucked into the 5g internet after having horrid experience with overpriced AT&T. I live 80 feet from the TMobile cell in an urban area. I've had repeated loss of signal and buffering since Dec '24. I recently replaced the Gateway (to hell) and still suffer from the same issues. And after pointing the Gateway directly at the cell tower by tech insisting this will resolve signal issues. Anyone stating they haven't had issues must be a paid employee of T-MOBILE posting to keep their job or bucking for promotion to store assistant manager.keng25 minutes agoNewbie Caller278Views0likes4CommentsVoicemail to Text stopped working
I have a Samsung S8+ (SM-G955U1) and I had to do a reset of the phone. Now, my Voicemail to Text has stopped working. I get the voicemail in the Visual Voicemail app, but the transcribing does not happen. Is there a setting i need to redo?Solvedtcolquette29 minutes agoNetwork Novice995Views0likes13Comments- 1denkis3 hours agoVisitor4Views0likes0Comments
T-Mobile un happy customer
I’ve been with sprint for 24 yrs, then T-mobile took over. I received a text from T-mobile on April 28,2023. This is what it said in a text. Sprint is now T-mobile your up coming bills will have an updated look, but your Rate Plan,Price and Tenure have not changed, if you’re Auto pay, your payment will be processed as usual. T-mobile is now charging an increase of 5.00$ per line.I’ve called a couple of times about this issue. They told me that any grandfather plan and price is no longer available and the only way to have the discount on the 5:00 dollar per line in which I have a total of 7 people on my account which it comes to 35 dollars is to have auto pay to get the discount of 35 dollar in tune I said no and there should not be any charges or increase. My question is why are they are not complying with my plan and price as it’s stated.im hoping that this will be taken care of if on then I will file with the FCC and theBBB Attorney General office.Twinnerat2113 hours agoVisitor14Views0likes0CommentsHow to file complaint about billing issue
Am really super frustrating with Team expert's manager Marcus. I called back in Sept 2022 to have T-Mobile STOP charging me for Statewide Int'l calls for $15 per month. This is for voice and Im Deaf and dont use voice and I use data only. The team expert Will was helpful in past Sept and credited for the past 2 months for the charge and removed the Statewide Int'l plan. But I was kept on being charged for this till now so I called again today to remove it and credit for all $15 back to Sept. The team expert Jessica only can give me credit of $30 because they only can go back up to 2 months only so I had the call transferred to her supervisor, Marcus the manager. He claimed that he dont see any record of my phone call with Will in past Sept 2022 when Jessica told me she saw all the notes and doesn't know why the removal of the plan has been removed. Marucs was super fishy and lied so I asked Marcus to transfer my call to his supervisor which he said there's no one to transfer except for another manager who will tell me the same thing. I really can use your help to point me where to contact to file a complaint to get full credit since this is their error not mine.SolvedKristyne4 hours agoRoaming Rookie3.8KViews1like11CommentsNeed to make calls to the United Kingdom
I have a private matter I need to resolve, and I temporarily need to make calls to the United Kingdom. I do not need to add international calling to my plan, as I probably will not need to make calls for very long. How do I make calls to the United Kingdom without adding international calling to my plan?jpshivell4 hours agoNetwork Novice5Views0likes0CommentsCustomer service Lied
I'm extremely frustrated with the misinformation I received from T-Mobile's customer service, which cost me $1000.05. Before porting out, I called twice to inquire about potential fees. Each time, representatives gave me conflicting information about eligibility for reimbursement through their phone buyout program. Despite initial assurances, I was ultimately denied assistance and left with a hefty bill from my previous carrier for terminating a 12-month contract. T-Mobile needs to improve training for customer service representatives to ensure they fully understand and clearly explain program details, eligibility, and potential fees to customers before they port out. This would help prevent similar situations and provide better customer service.Nasewe7 hours agoVisitor21Views0likes0Comments
