The hotspot capability is really helpful so you can keep a variety of devices connected to the internet. Slow downs like the one you are experiencing can be really frustrating, so I want to do what I can to help you out. I really appreciate the amount of detail that you already shared. I am curious if the data on your phone itself is running well, or is it slow also? Have you tried using the devices in a different area? If you go 10 miles away and it gets better, then it is definitely a location specific issue. In that case you will want to reach out to our customer support team to have them take a look at the area and possibly file a ticket.
