T-Mobile phone support staff do NOT FOLLOW UP!

Very frustrated after 3 years with T-Mobile.  Multiple calls and always a promise to call back but it rarely, if ever, happens.  They make big promises but obviously don't care about customers after the initial contact on a problem.
