Service Outage in Michigan
Is there a widespread service outage? I had a lot of business to take care of, but the other person could not hear me. They sounded fine. T-mobile customer support robot could not hear me until I switched to wi-fi calling (Xfinity network). I am waiting for a callback.
T-Mobile is upgrading towers in my area. Enough people called for them to realize customer are having signal problems.
