This Is an internal system issue. I.e. They cap how many users/area can sign up. Also, their listing isn't all that great. Eg. Mine said it wasn't available, but i get.mailers for it every few months. Similarly, i did have it before, when advertised as 4g lte, then again as 5g with Arcadyan device, then returned after trial. During xmas special, it was listed as not available…
I went to the store, they overrode it, and i have it. Try going to a local store
