Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5g Ultra Stuck in airplane mode
It appears my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is stuck in airplane mode. I cannot get a network connection and only receive wi-fi calls. I noticed the phone doesn’t match the one T-Mobile has on my account. Could this be the reason why I can’t get a network connection?
My husband purchased his phone from the same retailer but the phone is showing as it should on the account. This is strange.
That's why it's not showing as the correct phone on your account. Byod devices show as other phones. My Pixel shows as a Byod android.
I'd try another sum to see if that'll help.
The Samsung was purchased on another retailer's website.
Is the phone a Tmobile branded phone?
