Can anyone help me?? I’ve called T-Mobile several times, talked to IT, and went to the store and still no help. I have the home internet, it’s showing 5 bars and excellent connection, but our speed is 4 mbps. Our service used to be amazing, but lately we can’t even watch a show on Netflix with out it buffering! We have reset our wifi, did the new network pathways with T-Mobile, and went in and got a new white router and it seems to be worse now! My phone, tv, iPadwon’t on the wifi even thought it says our signal is excellent. I’m so frustrated with this, and about to cancel my internet; however, I love the price point compared to our areas Internet providers. Anyone know what to do? I’m not sure if you get a new sim or not with the new router? That is about the only thing I could think to replace, if it wasn’t already with the router. Thank you!!331Views0likes6CommentsHome internet went from 200mbps download to 5mbps.
My 5g internet has been great for the past couple of weeks, but all of a sudden I'm stuck at 5mbps for my download speed. I've restarted my router/modem multiple times to see if that would help.Home internet went from 200mbps download to 5mbps download without changing anything. I read recently that there might be some solutions on these forums that might help. Thanks in advance.111Views0likes2CommentsLow signal, spotty 5G-UC, and very low speeds
Located in west Phoenix. Amplified Max plan (yes it’s old, i’m grandfathered in) For the last week I have been experiencing 1-2 bars, spotty 5Guc, now it’s mostly showing 5g only, and speed tests around 2-5 Mbps down and 0.5-1.5Mbps up. Until recently I was showing 4 bars all the time (everywhere in my house) and download speeds of 500-700Mbps down & 20-50Mbps up. I have two devices which both show the same symptoms, leading me to believe it’s a tmobile network issue. Ipad 10 with cellular and an iPhone 13 pro max. Now I have to go outside to get the same signal that I used to get indoors. Whats the deal T-Mobile?Solved679Views0likes4Commentsdata is active, but slow as all hell
I use an android phone and For the past 2 to 3 days, my data has been so slow that I can't access downloads on certain apps. I don't what it is, but its getting annoying. Usually, I would just chalk it up to t mobile tower troubles. However, I've had a history of my data coverage being so trashy. And it's because of one thing that still don't freaking understand and that: the carrier hub application. Someone explain to what the hell it does and why does my service always get worse when is have to mess for an update or permission or whatever. I've been dealing with this carrier hub bull crap for a few good years using t mobile and it still gets on my nerves.60Views0likes0CommentsService in Mexico (Go5G Plus)
We are traveling to Playa del Carmen in Mexico for vacation and we are all on theGo5G Plus plan. Can anyone verify that service in Mexico is included? We will mostly be in tourist areas. Do talk and text work the same? Is 5G service available in those metro areas? Most importantly, is there anything I need to do to our phones before we go, or does everything work seemlessly?Solved95Views0likes2CommentsPoor cellular connectivity at specific location? T-mobile says it my phone. It's not.
Where I live I have 5G UC and am fortunate to have blazing fast mobile connection using an iPhone 15 pro. [screenshot of1336Mbps] However, while I am at a town at the beach, I have 5G but no connectivity. Support has had me reboot my phone several times, even reset the network settings on the phone. No change. [screenshots of 4.14 & 7.96 Mbps] There are towers located relatively close to me. [screenshots of towers] I have tried working with T-Mobile support on three different visits to this problem location. First I was told my phone is the problem. Next time they were "working on the towers". The last time I was told it was my phone. I'm very frustrated as I have no connection to do work with this poor connection. I have tried using the support techs and tried all the things they suggested, knowing it seems that it is NOT my phone. I will be at the poor connection location later this week and expect the same issues. How can I get someone to look into the connection issues at the location and stop saying my phone is broken? Thank you for any advice!109Views0likes2CommentsMotorolla 5G not receive calls
My device:moto g stylus 5G (2022) I have been having a problem with my new Tmobile phone which can't receive incoming calls from other Tmobile lines nor from other phone services. I have done a warranty exchange, changed a new SIM card, and called 611 for four times to troubleshoot over the phone. None of the steps above resolve the problem. When I call the phone that has the problem, it automatically routes to the voice message, even when I have the phone turned on and sit next to the incoming call device, it still does not receive the phone call. I use this phone for work, and my supervisor is very angry that he can't contact me when needed because, again, it will route to the voice message and I do not receive any missed calls. What if there is an emergency and my family can't contact me? Can you please help me with this? I am paying a lot for the service, but I am on the brink of job loss because I can't communicate with my supervisor in a timely manner because my Tmobile doesn't receive calls. I believe that the Tmobile tech experts have made lots of notes regarding this problem in my profile, but the problem has never been completely resolved.882Views0likes3Comments
