my galaxy S 21Ultra keeps dropping internet access
I have had my phone for 2 years and all the sudden, I have no internet or access when i leave my house. I am not technically savvy and have tried all I know, does anyone else have this issue.
I’m having the same exact issue. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. I’ve had this phone for about 2 years. January 3, 2024 I switched to the Magenta Max plan. Starting December 31, 2023 I have had issues with my phone dropping calls, no service, not connected to internet. I have mobile data on, restarted my phone multiple times. I can’t receive or send text messages reliably. Calls made to me are going straight to voicemail. All this has been going on for a week!
