I need T-mobile to fix my location issue

Are you guys seriously going to act like everybody has to deal with this? I've used AT&t, Verizon, boost Mobile, and Sprint. And at the times I've used all of these providers you are the only one I've ever had a deal with this location issue on. It's a laziness.
