Finding my 5g tower

I see that it best to have the gateway by a window. According to https://www.cellmapper.net/map?MCC=310&MNC=260 I sit between to towers. Is there a way to find out which is the one I am using beside ...

    If you're using the app… one end is your device, the other is the tower.  Note: you may have to switch on the map between 4g LTE and 5g nr
