Dropped calls in Lake Oswego Oregon are getting worse - 2 hours on phone with Tmobile got nowhere

Not just T-Mobile. Everyone uses off shore call centers, It is inconvenient but you might visit a T-Mobile store in person. They may have answers or solutions.
