7/27/23 Please UNLOCK the SIM! Three months of complaining about lack of service in my area. FINALLY, a very understanding tech person says we need to be on a No Service Equipment Installation Plan...
Yes, for the most part. What’s NOT on that page is the option of the No Service Equipment Installation Plan, which was something put into place by a rep named Alexis Lewis did, then we were given a Transport PIN, and told it would be done, and that was 3 days ago (724/23). Did NOT happen. She also said she’d call us back and make sure we were taken care of- did NOT happen.
