Pretty much. While CS often tells me to use wifi in many places where TMobiles service is basically non existent, i ask them for the location and code/SID, and the response is always “we meant your internet from your home”, even if the address is 300 miles away from home. Then its an offernof a cellspot… which also uses your “home internet “. Spectrum, Xfinity, At&t all have wifi in many locations
