2.4Mhz and 5.0 Mhz

I have the new  T- Mobile modem , now my security cameras don't work. They worked on 2.4 Mhz. How can I add 2.4 Mhz?

    Thanks for the suggestion.  I unplugged the device I was trying to program and after an hour was able to program.  It was a 2.4 MHz device and is now working fine.

    Separate the WiFi network into 2.4GHz and 5GHz and make sure the encryption for the 2.4GHz is set to AES.

      How do you separate the wifi into 2.4 from 5.0?

    I have the same problem with motorized blinds.  Certainly the T-Mobile equipment has 2.4 MHz capability.
