only getting 1 bar
For days now we have been getting only one bar of service. It’s not just our phones many other people are experiencing the same problem. Can’t get on the internet and many of our messages are not being delivered..What’s up with tmobile? Getting very frustrated with our service. So much so I’m beginning to look at other options for service elswhere..
you will need to either call in or contact TMO through one of their social media platforms and have them create a network ticket for you so someone can go out and see what is going on.
